My name is Dr. Mackey

      I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Desautels Faculty of Management. I joined the faculty in 2023 after completing the University of California President’s Postdoctoral Fellowship at UC San Diego’s Rady School of Management, and I earned my PhD from Harvard University.

 

I'm an educator at heart. I've been nominated for teaching awards and consulted and trained thousands of employees across various industries. As a DiSC-certified trainer, I specialize in building organizational capacity by developing leaders and staff.

 

Before earning my PhD, I was a member of Improv Boston’s National Touring Company and co-founded the Massachusetts Black Doctoral Society. A New Orleans native, I earned my degree in English and Secondary Education from the University of New Orleans.
